Bio
Jennifer is a member of the firm’s Business and Employment, Litigation, and Rail and Transportation practice groups. She completed a combined degree program at Fairleigh Dickinson University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Jennifer earned her law degree from Penn State Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award at graduation. During her time at law school, Jennifer was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society and completed concentrations in Labor and Employment Law and Constitutional and Civil Rights.

Business & Employment Law
Jennifer assists with the representation of companies needing an array of solutions including issues such as intellectual property matters, employee contracts and termination, discrimination complaints, and other general business challenges.
Rail & Transportation Law
Jennifer works on a variety of issues connected to the firm’s Class I and short line railroad clients, as well as, Right-to Know, media law and general litigation matters. Jennifer also assists in the preparation of briefs, motions and various other court filings involving both trial and appellate courts.

Highlights
Jennifer spent two semesters as a member of the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic at Penn State Law where she drafted merits and amicus briefs for civil rights cases in federal appellate courts. During her third year of law school, Jennifer successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
