Two Nauman Smith Partners Recognized as 2023 Super Lawyers

The 2023 Super Lawyers list published by Thomson Reuters was recently released, and we are proud to announce that two Nauman Smith attorneys are once again recognized for their commitment to excellence.

Craig Staudenmaier has ranked among this elite group for 12 years for his work in Railroad/Transportation Law. When reflecting on his work in this practice area, Craig shares, “Although Railroad transportation issues may be challenging, we have been helping our railroad clients successfully navigate through such issues for over 100 years.  I bring my 40 plus years of representing railroads of all sizes to bear in FELA claims, crossing accidents, trespasser and property damage claims.”

The second Nauman Smith partner to be recognized is Stephen Feinour who returns to this annual list for his work in Land Use/Zoning Law. In response to his inclusion, Steve shares, “My experience in Land Use and Zoning Law encompasses all aspects of municipal government covering large complex commercial and residential development as well as the regulation of uses though zoning ordinances.  I bring over 20 years of experience in dealing with township and borough governing bodies and zoning hearing boards to protect the interests of our firm’s clients.”

The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than five percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania.
