Steve has extensive experience in municipal law and manages the firm’s municipal law practice. Serving as solicitor for local townships and boroughs, he assists public officials grappling with the challenges constantly facing local governments in Pennsylvania. Steve’s practice also focuses on closely held companies and business and corporate law including the representation of business owners and the preparation of business succession plans for multi-generation family owned businesses, in addition to real estate, land use planning and zoning law.
