Nauman Smith Attorney Named Super Lawyer
Nauman Smith attorney Craig J. Staudenmaier has been selected as a 2019 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, making it the eleventh consecutive year he has received this recognition. Super Lawyer is an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in the practice of law. Only 5% of the licensed active attorneys in the Commonwealth are selected. The process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
Craig concentrates his practice in the areas of state and federal litigation and Right-to-Know/Media Law. He routinely represents clients in all phases of the litigation process including mediation and arbitration, and devotes a principal portion of his practice to the representation of Class 1, regional and shortline railroads. Craig has represented clients before trial courts throughout Pennsylvania, and has successfully argued cases before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. His work at the forefront of Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law has been widely recognized by the legal industry and the media.
