Nauman Smith attorneys Spencer G. Nauman, Craig J. Staudenmaier, J. Stephen Feinour, Benjamin C. Dunlap, Jr. and Joshua D. Bonn have been named Select Lawyers of the Susquehanna Valley.

Spencer Nauman was recognized for his work in Taxation Law. As a member of the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates practice group, he advises individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations on federal, state and local tax questions, business succession, administration of trusts and estates, and governance of business and nonprofit corporations.

Recognized as a Select Lawyer for his work in Civil Litigation, Craig Staudenmaier concentrates his practice in the areas of state and federal litigation and Right-to-Know/Media Law. He routinely represents clients in all phases of the litigation process including mediation and arbitration, with considerable experience working with Class 1, regional and shortline railroads. Craig has represented clients before trial courts throughout Pennsylvania, and has successfully argued cases before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Steve Feinour’s extensive experience in Municipal Law earned him the honor of Select Lawyer in the area of Government, Cities and Municipalities Law. He manages the firm’s Municipal Law practice and serves as solicitor for local townships, boroughs and zoning hearing boards. A member of the firm’s Right-to-Know Law practice group, Steve counsels municipalities and private entities on Right-to-Know matters. Steve’s practice also focuses on business and corporate law, real estate, land use planning and zoning law.

Named a Select Lawyer in the areas of Contracts Law and Employee Discrimination Law, Ben Dunlap’s work encompasses contract drafting and litigation, including business sales and acquisitions and trademark licensing.   He regularly drafts employment, termination and independent contractor agreements for clients and handles litigation involving such contracts. In addition, Ben handles employment disputes before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in state and federal courts. Ben brings considerable experience to his practice, concentrating in business and employment law for companies ranging in size from startups to major national corporations.

Recognized as a Select Lawyer in two areas, Civil Litigation and Municipal Law, Josh Bonn is a trial attorney who represents clients in the railroad, automotive, media, insurance and financial industries.   He also advises several mid-state municipalities and is the Solicitor for the Capital Tax Collection Bureau.   Josh formerly served as an assistant district attorney in York County, Pennsylvania.
