Nauman Smith Partner Honored

Nauman Smith managing partner Craig J. Staudenmaier has been selected as a 2015 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, making it the sixth consecutive year he has received this recognition. Super Lawyer is an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in the practice of law.

Craig concentrates his practice in the areas of state and federal litigation and Right-to-Know/media law. He routinely represents clients in all phases of the litigation process including mediation and arbitration, and specializes in the representation of Class 1, regional and shortline railroads. Craig has represented clients before trial courts throughout Pennsylvania, and has successfully argued cases before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. His work at the forefront of Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law has been widely recognized by the legal industry and the media.
