Nauman Smith attorney, Craig Staudenmaier, recently appeared on WITF’s Radio Smart Talk to discuss Pennsylvania’s Open Records and Sunshine Acts, and their impact on the rights of private individuals, businesses and the media to gain access to public documents and proceedings. Radio Smart Talk is a daily, live, interactive program featuring conversations with experts in a variety of fields exploring a wide range of issues and ideas. The program includes questions from host, Scott LaMar, in addition to questions called in by listeners. Craig, who serves as general counsel for the Pennsylvania Freedom of Information Coalition, was accompanied by Terry Mutchler, the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records.
