Nauman Smith Attorney Craig Staudenmaier Named 2010 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer
Nauman Smith Attorney Craig J. Staudenmaier has been named by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine as one of the 2010 top attorneys in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, according to an announcement by Spencer G. Nauman, Jr., Esq., Senior Partner in the distinguished and historic Harrisburg law firm.

Mr. Staudenmaier concentrates his practice in the areas of state and federal litigation and he routinely represents clients in all phases of the litigation process, including mediation and arbitration. He has routinely represented print and broadcast media, Class 1 and regional short line railroads and other clients in all types of litigation in the trial courts of approximately twenty-six counties in Pennsylvania and has successfully argued cases before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
