Nauman Smith attorneys J. Stephen Feinour and Suzanne S. Friday will be speaking at the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association Annual Conference on "Talking to Donors About Estate Planning" on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Harrisburg Hilton.  Suzanne will begin with an overview of the current Federal estate tax law including a discussion of tax rates and exemption levels.  Steve will address specific estate planning topics relevant to Land Trusts and Conservation organizations, including: different options for gifting land; establishing endowment funds to support conservation; selecting qualified conservation organizations and estate planning benefits associated with donations of conservation easements.
