Nauman Smith attorney Craig J. Staudenmaier will be speaking at the 2011 Pennsylvania Rail Freight Seminar "Railroads and Pennsylvania's Energy Future" on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Harrisburg Hilton.  Craig will discuss the use of federal preemption under ICCTA to avoid delays and improper permitting requirements of local governments in transload facilities for railroads and joint venturers including those operating in the Marcellus Shale areas of Pennsylvania.
