Nauman Smith Attorney Craig J. Staudenmaier to Speak at Widener Law School's Commonwealth Court Symposium on the Right to Know and Sunshine Laws

Nauman Smith Attorney Craig J. Staudenmaier will speak at the Widener University School of Law symposium entitled "The Contribution of the Commonwealth Court to Pennsylvania Jurisprudence Since 1970" on Thursday, February 17, 2011.  Craig will address Right to Know litigation and the Sunshine Law. 

The symposium will consider various historical and contemporary decisions made by the Court and analyze how these rulings shaped the present state of Pennsylvania administrative law along with commentary by Commonwealth Court Judge Renee Cohn-Jubelirer.  Participants include current and past judges of the Commonwealth Court, Justice Thomas Saylor of the Supreme Court, and other distinguished and prominent administrative law practitioners and professors.
