Nauman Smith Attorney Craig J. Staudenmaier will join the panel discussion, Let the Sunshine In -- Interpreting the 2009 Right-to-Know Law, at the 2010 PA Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Summer Meeting / New Admittee Conference at Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion, PA, Saturday, July 31.  
 
The expert panel, which includes Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson and Andrea Bowman of the Governor's Office of General Counsel, will review new provisions for obtaining public records and defending against the disclosure of records that an agency determines are not public.  "We'll also review controversial areas of the law and recent Commonwealth Court decisions that have dealt with many of these questions," Staudenmaier said.
