Nauman, Smith, Shissler & Hall marked its 130th year of service to the Pennsylvania railroad industry this year through two events at the 2010 Pennsylvania Rail Freight Seminar in Harrisburg. The firm hosted a reception on May 19, 2010, to celebrate the anniversary of two significant 1880 victories for the rail industry by the firm in the cases of, Duncan v. Pennsylvania Railroad Company and Hall v. Pennsylvania Railroad Company.  On May 20th, Craig J. Staudenmaier and Benjamin C. Dunlap, Jr. shared their legal expertise as part of a legal panel at the Rail Freight Seminar speaking respectively on FELA and PUC issues.
