(Harrisburg, Pa.) - The Borough of Camp Hill has appointed attorney J. Stephen Feinour, Esq., Solicitor for the Borough effective January 21, 2004.

As Borough Solicitor, Mr. Feinour will advise Mayor Doug Morrow and Borough Council on legal issues and current laws that affect the municipality.
