John C. Sullivan
Corporate, banking, bankruptcy, media law and estate and wealth planning are the practice areas of John C. Sullivan, of counsel to the firm. His representation of national, as well as, local business, finance, and media concerns offers clients the skills necessary to handle their needs whether corporate or individual. Mr. Sullivan also provides estate and wealth planning advice for clients, particularly business owners and corporate executives.
Mr. Sullivan is admitted to the bars of all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Districts Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Allegheny College and received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law where he was Associate Editor of the Law Review.
He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.
