Nauman Smith Remote Work Announcement

Beginning Friday, March 20, Nauman Smith has temporarily closed its physical office in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was done both in response to Governor Wolf’s Order and to further protect the health and safety of our staff and clients.

Serving Nauman Smith’s clients with responsive, quality legal advice geared to each client’s specific goals and needs will continue to be our central mission during these difficult days. To do so, our attorneys and staff are working remotely. They can be reached at their firm email addresses and have access to voice mails left on their office phones. Especially on any time sensitive matters, we advise that you communicate directly with the attorneys during this period.

In lieu of in-person meetings, telephone and video conferences can be held. Documents can continue to be drafted and sent for review by electronic mail. While many courts and administrative agencies are not open, filings can still be prepared and filed electronically.

While we will do our utmost to fully serve our clients, inconveniences and obstacles will certainly arise. We ask for your understanding as we work through and around them.

Our goal is to provide legal advice and service your needs so that our clients not only get through the present difficulties, but thrive on the other side. As we work through these days together, please stay safe and healthy.
